Colour or grey?
On older ladies it is all the rage, it seems to suit them - the grey highlights, the all over "el natural" silvery tones. Some women even pay a lot of money to go grey!
As for me, I think I'm too young to leave the grey's on show. My hair is extremely dark, so they make me look very drab. Pluck out one and get seven more - is this an old wives tale?
What are your thoughts, leave yourself to grow old gracefully?
Or pay a visit to the hairdresser where you can sip on tea, and catch up all all the latest celebrity goss?
All as I know, I'm off to the hairdresser tomorrow to wash those greys right out of my hair (oh, and spend a few hours reading trashy goss about the kardashians!)

Happy New Year
It's here, 2012, the year of change and much happiness.
After a wonderful evening at our friends Matt and Sally's house - kids swimming, playing on the jumping castle and us adults sharing a few drinks and dining on prawns, lamb, tasty salads etc, I actually managed to get a restful night with no fireworks or party animals waking me up. Phew!
Then today started out exactly how I wanted it too, the sun shining, balmy weather, and two happy kids.
I took them to the beach and park for an early morning play, then the rest of the day was spent indoors. Way too hot outside, we would have all gotten fried to a crisp. So, instead, we wrestled, did puzzles, played trains, sang songs - anything that basically kept us cool.
I haven't set any new year's resolutions, I don't want to put additional pressure onto myself.
Although, I can tell you that I just want to be the best person I can be, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen with (even if I do have teeny tiny one's), ooze confidence, support those who need me, laugh, love, dream, run, dance, sing - I just want to be ME!
A wonderful start to what is going to be an amazing year.
Did your year start out the way you wanted it too?
